Fabric Upholstery
Your upholstery will be carefully inspected by our technician prior to cleaning. He will then decide on the most suitable cleaning process according to the type of material and degree of soiling. We use two methods to clean fabric upholstery. The first is steam cleaning and the second is dry cleaning (suitable for fabrics which should not be wetted).
We use low-pH cleaning products and the latest cleaning technology to safely, gently but effectively clean your fabric upholstery. All areas are cleaned including backs, sides and cushions. We use optical brighteners to enhance the colours and deodorize and sanitise your upholstery. Every care will be taken to protect the floor covering and surrounding furniture whilst we work.

Q: How long will steam cleaned fabric upholstery take to dry?
A: In most cases your upholstery will be dry in 12-18 hours. However this depends on the temperature in the room and the density of the fibre. Opening windows and increasing the heating will speed this process up and stack cushions in a tepee style when drying.
Q: What preparation do I have to do?
A: To wet clean we will require hot water and electricity from you. Please ensure you have the hot water on and enough electricity.
Q: How soon can I sit on my upholstery after it’s cleaned?
A: If your sofas or chairs have been dry cleaned you can use them immediately. However wet cleaned upholstery must be completely dry.
